David's Other Brother Eric

This week was a little crazy! On Tuesday we had to go to Saltillo for my companion's back and then they kept us there until Wednesday because I had to sign immigration papers. I met a dude who looks a TON like Eric! It was so weird! I took a picture with him but he doesn't look that much like him with the glasses but it was SO WEIRD. I felt like Eric was my comp for a day. And then we came back to Monclova and my comp's pains came back. He was doing good but he went downhill again so we have been dealing with that a little. I think we are going back to Saltillo this week. Umm we found a bunch of old investigators that want to listen to us again, so that's cool! Hey I kinda have a cat now! He lives on our roof and his name is techo. Yeah that's basically everything! Love you guys!

Opposition in some things

This week was good! We are having some trouble find investigators BUT the work continues. So we are planning a huge ward activity that should be awesome for the the 31st of Jan. We are super excited and I believe that we will have great success with the activity - because there has been a TON of opposition. Clearly that means it's gonna be awesome! (Because Satan doesn't want us to do it.) And we went bowling again, so that was fun. But yeah all is good, I love you guys and I hope all is well!

A hard week

This week was good, well actually it was super hard. BUT we found a new family to teach so that's awesome. SO super weird thing about Monclova - its gets cold for like 4 or 5 days and then super hot and then super cold and then hot, its ridiculous! I just get lost in all the confusion, but I am doing okay. My poor comp from Peru is dying in the cold, poor dude. Umm also I saw a cool eagle statue. Well hope all is well!

Happy New Year

Hello! Happy new year! So this week was good, I spent new year sleeping! Umm It was very cold this week and my poor Peruvian comp was dying all week, We ended up have to put a huge curtain in the middle of the room so that where we would sleep would heat up warmer and faster (because our room is very long). Umm and today are changes I am staying with my comp but the other elders are leaving so today we went bowling together and it was actually SUPER fun, we really got some stress out. But yeah Everything is going good! I love you guys and I will see you later this year!
